A photo series capturing the hands of various people at their jobs. Including a farmer, a farrier, a craftsman, and a mixologist.

DYW Moray, LANTRA, Moray Council - Rural Occupations

A photo series created to show the variety of careers available in the Land Based Sector. Over 2 months, 52 final photos were taken to make up the full collection that was then turned a pack of cards to be presented at schools in Moray to encourage students to research and consider an occupation the the rural industries.

Kyoto Obubu Tea Farms - Japanese Tea

Photos from my time spent in Wazuka, Japan, commissioned by Kyoto Obubu Tea Farms to promote their Tea Field Tours and authentic Japanese tea. I spent 3 months in rural Japan to see the full tea making process from harvesting, to the leaves being processed in the factory, right through to the final product being enjoyed at a traditional tea ceremony with visiting guests.
